Boston Chemical Data Corp. provides comprehensive environmental investigation services. We perform the field and laboratory research required to document the sources and potential hazards of chemical waste exposures. These techniques can track the environmental fate and sources of wastes, and measure environmental damages or exposures.

Our firm will locate, collect, analyze, and testify about physical evidence related to chemical releases and wastes. We also will audit and supervise laboratory and engineering contractors to ensure optimal performance and to help maintain reasonable contractor costs. We will review the health and safety aspects of plant processes. CAD mapping and large exhibits can be prepared from your data.

Our clients include municipalities, law firms, individuals, R & D firms, Real Estate Investment Trusts and property managers, Native Lands projects, and manufacturers.

Recent projects include a Lead Field Engineering role in the successful Murphy Oil Co. Settlement in Louisiana and other US and International projects.

Environmental Investigations - Experienced in environmental investigations and analytical design, Boston Chemical Data performs studies of environmental conditions and performance. BCD can aid and evaluate pollution prevention measures, monitor environmental compliance and remediation, and assist with environmental fate and transport investigations.

Testing - Boston Chemical Data can perform sampling and analyses of air, indoor dusts, water, soils, groundwater, wastes - including mining wastes, and consumer products. We can set up onsite and continuous monitoring of air quality, dusts, water chemistry, weather, and ground vibrations and movement.

Microscopy - BCD specializes in collecting and preserving physical evidence of chemical exposures and releases. Using tools such as our Microscopy Laboratory we can document exposures using samples collected hours, years, or even decades after chemical release incidents. Aided by atomic spectroscopy, xray microanalysis, and digital optical microscopy; we can identify and document ultratrace quantities of metals, ores, crystals, petrochemicals, or other artifacts.

Reporting - BCD will provide a comprehensive written report which explains test results and their importance to you. We will produce graphic materials, locate comparable sites, and contrast environmental performance with industry standards. BCD helps clients save time and effort by reviewing the environmental history of industrial companies and their facilities and products. Call BCD at (508) 651-1661 for a complimentary initial consultation and proposal.

Remediation - BCD can assist with site remediation including contractor and tenant review and assesment.
